[ubuntu-za] MP3 FM Modulator/Transmitter

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the off-topic post, but I thought that this group might be able
to assist me with this query.

I recently bought a MP3 FM Transmitter from Homemark to play MP3s in the
car:

It works pretty well, but after using it for a while, I find it a bit
lacking in features.  Does anyone know of a similar device that has the
following functionality?

* Play from USB / Micro SD Card
* Random / Shuffle
* Remote Control
* Seek within Tracks
* Retain Settings on Power Down (Current Track Playing, FM Channel, nice if
could save position in track as well)
* Nice if powered by Cigarette lighter jack
* Nice to have RDS Support as well
