Hi, Rodemire pdftotext is a command-line tool which converts PDFs to plain text -- you could try that and see what you get. Everything depends on the format of the text in the pdf -- is it a single stream of text, or multiple columns of data? If the output is not what you want, but wrong in a consistent way, you could use various text-processing tools to process it afterwards.
