Thanks for your email

I do not have the facilities or knowledge to download and setup a repository

This is beyond the scope of my Ubuntu launch party

We need to have ISO files to burn CDs or give to people to copy on their 
memory sticks

I and volunteers will do the downloading

going back to my questions:

When can I start the download ?
What URLs can we use to download the other Ubuntu types : Edubuntu ,  
Kubuntu and "Gnome Ubuntu " ?
