Hi,
Here are some local sites ( the ISO file name must not have alpha or beta in it )
http://ubuntu.mirror.ac.za/ubuntu-release/
ftp://ftp.is.co.za/mirror/ftp.ubuntu.com/releases/
ftp://ftp.wa.co.za/pub/ubuntu/releases/
ftp://ftp.saix.net/pub/linux/distributions/ubuntu/ubuntu-releases/
http://mirror.ufs.ac.za/ubuntu-cdimage/
You will have to look until the ISOs have been put in these
William

Everything official is hosted on http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ so you can
get it there. However, it is not local, so it will count against your
bandwidth. Also, some of the derivatives release a little later than
Ubuntu itself.
