I'm also busy downloading the repositories, 29G so far.
Hopefully we can figure out how to use it for in case anybody wants to upgrade quickly on the day.
(Can even do it in download-only mode so at least you'll not have to download everything)

Finally, I'm getting a bunch of ubuntu stickers printed. I have to order it in bulk (+- 600), so if you wan't some bring a couple of rands along.
