Everybody who got CDs was supposed to add their info on this page, but
I am not sure if this happened. The intention is that if you get CDs
that you put your details on this page.

I don't think I should be adding everybody's info here :)

It should be easy enough, if you have a launchpad log in, you  can
openid login to the website and update things.
