Morning everyone ,

I have a dvd that I want to remove just a small part from the video and 
then recompile it again to dvd.
I already have it ripped to .iso and also converted it to mp4 already.
What is a good editor to cut out the little piece I want to cut out and 
then what to recompile to dvd-video format with ?
