Desktops are really no problem - any Tom, Dick and Harry computer shop
should be capable of assembling one for you and they are under no
obligation to sell Windows. You can assemble it yourself of course but
probably won't save very much.

I got our local crowd to put this machine together for me and am very
pleased with it.
