/dev/sr0 is usually a CD/DVD drive which would be readonly (0 bytes free).
It looks like it is mounted under /media as DSL-275OU.
Try ejecting any cd's then check your sources to see if you have a CD
enabled (starts with "deb cdrom:...") and uncheck/disable it if there is
(can be re-enabled later if you need it).
Run sudo apt-get update in a terminal and see if you still get the error.
