[ubuntu-za] 14.04 LTS DVD distribution

Hi everyone

There is an upcoming LTS release, Trusty Tahr 14.04. Canonical will send us
DVDs because we are an approved LoCo.

If you are willing to distribute DVDs in your area reply to me personally
with the following info.
Name - Postal address
Also try to keep the subject of the email the same as this one. This will
help me to track the e-mails. Please respond before 17 April so that I can
finalise the list.
