[ubuntu-za] Shared Calendar APP for browser

Hi guys ,

I am looking for an app that I can install on my Ubuntu server (12.04)
that will provide us with a calendar that can be accessed via web browser on
our lan and that have functionality to share the calendar amongst more 
that one
user. It must be web interface based so that it can easily be accessed 
from any
pc on the lan without client side configuration and that the shared 
users can add
and edit calendar entries.

Can somebody point me in the right direction of software that can do 
this please ?
