[ubuntu-za] Contributing to the Documentation Project

At the meeting this evening there was once again fleeting mention of the
Documentation Project and I spoke some to Jacques about it, the usual
hashing out of content management systems etc. However, on a more serious
note, I would like to volunteer to contribute content to the project and
let someone else worry about presentation.

What are we documenting and how will contributions be managed, i.e.
wiki-style anyone adds whatever content they wish and it gets verified
later, verified submitters etc.
