Thanks Hilton.

Much of that article reads subjectively, and from the point of view of an
attention-hungry consumer, exactly the opposite of what computer hobbyists
are all about. These kinds of consumers feel indignant when they don't get
a product that meets their expectations, however unrealistic it may be.
Meanwhile the rest of us in the real-world are happy to be able to tinker
and customize our systems with the hope of learning something in the
process.

Point number 3 under the heading "General Linux problems" makes a fumbling
attempt to instill Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt via:

> critical remotely exploitable vulnerabilities were found in many
> basic Open Source projects, like bash (shellshock),
> OpenSSL (heartbleed), kernel and others.

A thorough read with plenty of malicious pot-shots.
