[ubuntu-za] MP3 recordings

Good morning all,

I am running Kubuntu 14.04 on a Unity desktop.

Have installed restricted extras for both Ubuntu and Kubuntu:

Multimedia plugins are installed. Audacious is installed.

These recordings do not play:

I have tested them on Win 7 and they work perfectly.

Any advice will be appreciated.
