[ubuntu-za] Striata Reader

I had a bit of a disaster with Ubuntu 16.10 so last night I re-installed
16.04. I've just tried the Striata reader and now it works! I had tried it
on 2 different laptops both running 16.04 with no luck. I guess I'll have
to re-install the other one too and see if that helps.
