[ubuntu-za] Lubuntu displays

There is no localstore.rdf anymore; it's xulstore.json now.

On my machine alt-f11 toggles fullscreen. The default mode is read
*from* the file, but the last used mode is not saved *to* the file. It
appears that editing the file by hand is the correct way to fix this.
