Dell do sell Ubuntu laptops, but if you want to buy a laptop new, it will
come with Windows. You can scream and kick as much as you want. Desktops
though, why don't you build your own? Cheaper and you get what you want. If
buying retail, AFAIK, the suppliers get the desktop's cheaper with Windows
installed as suppose to with out. Don't ask me why this is, but it is what
it is.

Laptop, get with Windows and replace with your Linux flavour. Desktop,
build your own, or get a buddy to do it for you.
