Thanks all. The efiling is no problem. The problem arises in opening
correspondence from SARS. Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, Android browser, SARS
Mobile or Desktop all make no difference.
The SARS system seems to check for "Adobe Reader DC for Windows or Mac".
There is no DC version for Linux or Android so I think I've answered my own
question.
