[ubuntu-za] Snaps can't access files outside Home

This is a general problem with snap packages. Snap software is confined to
certain folders and the the only way to directly access other folders that
I know of are to mount the external folder to a folder in you home folder.
ex:

mkdir $HOME/"folder to mount to" sudo mount -obind /"path to external
folder" $HOME/"folder to mount to"
