Hi All,

While we're on national lockdown we will be providing remote computer 
support (across the internet).

What you need to do is go to www.anydesk.com and click the "Free 
Download" button. Once downloaded you need to run the file (you will 
find it in your downloads folder).

You will then be presented with the AnyDesk screen, call me (on 072 221 
7064 or 033 330 3433) and give me the number listed under "This Desk".

I'll then be able to connect to your computer, you'll be asked to grant 
me permission. I can then control your computer across the internet and 
sort your problems out.

Remote support will be charged at our normal labour/call-out rates. 
Invoices will be emailed so that they can be paid by Electronic Funds 
Transfer..
