[ubuntu-za] Dell Bios problem to load from USB

Hi All

My Dell Latitude 5310 2 in 1, has had a bios update since I got it several years ago.

Apparently Dell no longer allows a booting from USB. 
Which means no install from USB and I need to do a fresh install of my Ubuntu.

Has anyone encountered this and if so, what’s the solution please?
