Hi:

1.关于ssh到虚拟机的问题
  记得虚拟机用桥接的话那么应该host和虚拟机就相当于网络中两台独立的机器 
拥有不同的IP对吧（要是我没记错的话）
  那么ssh到虚拟机就应该是 ssh <虚拟机的IP> 。。。。有试过不用无线的话正 
常吗 如果有这条件的话可以试试 这样至少
  确定是否和无线有关系

2.关于重装grub的问题
   grub当然是可以重装的
   放入live CD,
   sudo grub
   find /boot/grub/stage1 (1是指你的第一块硬盘，这将得到你的ubuntu所在分区x)
   root (hd0, <x-1>)(hd0指第一块硬盘，以此类推第2块硬盘是hd1, 然后x要减 
1，因为grub是从0开始计数的)
   setup (hd0) （把grub安装在第一块硬盘的MBR上）
