Dears,
    I'm interesting in packaging Ubuntu, and want to study release ubuntu
very much.
I want to release ubuntu base ubuntu binary packages of archive. How should
I do? could you give me any help?
    1. What packaging tools I should use?
    2. Can I do it in my local PC?
    3. How to release a myself ubuntu version base ubuntu binary packages?
    4. Do I have the release property?
