[Ubuntu-ZW] Network Problem

Our Ubuntu 10.10 LAN server just developed a problem.

I tried the following with TWO different network Cards (replaced the
Micronix with a RTL8139B). Because I suspected the NIC could have
developed a problem. I got the same results in the both cases.
