I have reproduced this on Breezy. I have sketch installed due to it
being a dependency of Inkscape.

The error looks like it's similar to
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=105470&aid=1025599&group_id=5470
, which appears to be down to the wrong function being called
(apparently skencil redefines it to have less paramaters and that is the
version seen).
