[Bug 2990] Eclipse plugin org.eclipse.tomcat not included

I have Eclipse webtools running - without tomcat installed. To do this I downloaded "WebTools Platform; All-in-one" from
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/M-0.7.1-200509270720/
I looked all over and couldn't find org.eclipse.tomcat anywhere else, and this download satisfies all the webtools dependencies in one go.

Extract the tarball and copy all the files from the plugins directory to
/usr/local/lib/eclipse/plugins and all the files from the features
directory to /usr/local/lib/eclipse/features

As eclipse runs fine with org.eclipse.tomcat I would suggest it should
be included with the default Eclipse package on Ubuntu.
