Honestly, I'm not too happy with this patch. It definitly requires user
intervention. When user intervention is needed, he can almost as
certainly start wpasupplicant in /etc/network/interfaces or via some
frontend like wifi-radar.
Why do you think wpasupplicant should be started by hotplug? I fail to
see any advantages with it?
