[Bug 53244] Wrong link or dependency

Public bug reported:

After I install my ubuntu dapper system, is in menu link to uim-pref-
gtk, but this application isnt installed. After I install this tool, It
works. So there is link in another package (I dont know which), or this
package need dependency to package x11/uim-gtk2.0 [universe].
