[Bug 60919] [Egdy] Remove of gaim-meanwhile from the archive

Public bug reported:

gaim-meanwhile (1.2.7) package cannot be installed on Edgy. According to
upsteam changelogs and comments from both gaim and gaim-meanwhile
projects, gaim-meanwhile code has been merged to gaim codebase.

gaim-meanwhile should removed from Edgy archives.
