Program for character recognition with a simple exact-match algorithm. The primary goal of the program is to analyze subtitle stream of DVDs.

This program can be 100% successful when transforming bitmap DVD subtitles into plain text if properly learned by examples.
This is not traditional OCR program, but for text in bitmap which has all letters same shape and optional antialiasing is much better than traditional OCR systems.
