Actually, the current comment text is not HIG compliant (it doesn't
start with a verb".  It should indeed be something else (perhaps
"Connect to PPP server").  I am uncomfortable with the use of "Internet"
in the comment, as some people will use PPP to connect to non-internet
connected devices, and others may not use the modem to connect to the
internet.
