Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

I've tried to install ubuntu-dev-tools but dpkg reports a file conflict as the Replaces/Conflicts is wrong:
Replaces: devscripts (<< 2.10.7ubuntu3)
Conflicts: devscripts (<< 2.10.7ubuntu3)

$ dpkg -l devscripts
[...]
ii  devscripts             2.10.7ubuntu4          Scripts to make the life of a Debian Package maintainer easi

$dpkg -L devscripts
[...]
/usr/bin/requestsync

Unpacking ubuntu-dev-tools (from .../ubuntu-dev-tools_0.5_all.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/ubuntu-dev-tools_0.5_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/bin/requestsync', which is also in package devscripts
