[Bug 140964] pbuilder-dist tries Ubuntu mirror for Debian distro

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

pbuilder-dist does not currently specify ''--mirror" and so defaults to
Ubuntu even if the distribution specified is Debian.
