[Bug 145598] massfile should accept a list with more arguments

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

'list' currently only contains the source package.

massfile should expect a CSV file and parse that instead. Replacement in
the 'text:' part of the 'instructions' file should happen by not only
replacing $pack, but also $1, $2, $3, $4, and so on according to the
amount of values in the 'list' line.
