This bug was fixed in the package silc-toolkit - 1.1.7-2ubuntu1

  * Applying patch for lib/silcclient/client_channel.c from upstream for
    preventing segfault when /quit'ing or getting disconnected while
    using a +k protected channel. (LP: #275989)
