[Bug 304381] [NEW] dlocatedb not installed by dlocate

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dlocate

I installed „dlocate” and tried to run it against „/bin/login/”
$ sudo apt-get install  dlocate
$ dlocate /bin/login 
/usr/bin/locate.findutils: `/var/lib/dlocate/dlocatedb': No such file or directory

dlocate is unusable without „dlocatedb”, but there are no instructions
to install anything else.

dlocate must have a dependency on a package that will install dlocatedb
if it is missing.
