[Bug 304400] [NEW] Trailfocus does not return opacity to windows after close and reopen

In Ubuntu Ibex:
Trailing focus will still keep a window transparent after it has closed and opened using the taskbar icon. Programs that apply: pidgin, transmission, rhythmbox.

To reproduce:
1. Open a program with an icon on taskbar which will close/open the program on click.
2. Switch to other applications, making the window transparent (depending on your settings)
3. Click the icon to close it.
4. Click again to open it, it is still transparent like before.
