Hi this is ridiculous.

I almost smoked my PC. My CPU  had some fun without ACPI on in the final
state of shutdown.

I am happy that nothing died.

This is a real  CRITICAL TOPIC folks at UBUNTU!!!

The standard UBUNTU kernel works, so what's the issue?

Anyhow, I switched to ZEN-kernel weeks ago, that one works ten times
better then the Ubuntu rt-kernel.
