[Bug 305886] [NEW] Package RSIBreak won't install, dependancy issues

Binary package hint: rsibreak

Running KDE 4.2 (Neon packages, though Beta 1 is the default) in Kubuntu
Intrepid, I get an error when attempting to install RSIBreak (version
4:0.9..0~beta4-kde4.0.80-0ubuntu1):

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  rsibreak: Depends: libplasma2 but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

I checked and I'm using libplasma3 now, which can't coexist with
libplasma2, so I can't install the latter. I assume this has something
to do with the package being built for an older version of KDE 4.
