[Bug 305799] Re: scan channels only finds 10 channels with new version

My scan file (used for `scan`) only shows the one frequency (754167000).
I am using Intrepid as well.

I ran the following command for `scan`:

scan /usr/share/doc/dvb-utils/examples/scan/dvb-t/uk-Mendip

That scan file only contains the one frequency.  I didn't use a
different scan file for the Me-TV channel editor.
