Thank you for reporting this bug. Could you please attach the following:
- output of `lspci -vvnn`
- /var/log/Xorg.0.log

Also, you have quite a lot of stuff in your xorg.conf. X should have
reasonable defaults nowadays. Does anything change if you rename
xorg.conf and restart X (e.g. by logging out and in again)?
