[Bug 306887] [NEW] wine install has no Kmenu

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wine

Latest Wine install won't add a Kmenu entry.
Please advise on how to get a Kmenu entry back for Wine as well as the Kmenu entry for Wine's GUI configuration.

Alternatively; for the wine package builders, add a Kmenu entry to the package as found in the repositories?
We're talking fresh install of the latest wine that was found in the repositories on 2008-12-10.
