Connor, I (the upstream maintainer) use the upstream GNOME bugzilla to
track Glom bugs, though I try to monitor Ubuntu's bug reports too, to
save you the time of sending them upstream.

I assume that any "File a bug" menu item would file a bug in the
distro's bug tracker. I don't want to know how to do it. I want to know
if it is done for other packages. I don't think it is generally done.
