[Bug 32164] Re: spca5xx/khubd uses 100% cpu and unable to reboot/halt

I also discovered this bug in intrepid.  Unplugged my camera while a
flash-based camera webpage was loaded, and khubd spiked to 100% only on
my second CPU.  Kill did not work, kill -15 did not work, and kill -9
did not work.
