Please sync drscheme 2:4.0.1+fake.1 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

All of the ubuntu delta's are no longer necessary as this is now a fake 
package which has been replaced with plt-scheme via depends.

However, there was a debian/drscheme.desktop file has not yet been added 
to the plt-package will file a bug in LP for that.

  * Create dummy drscheme and packages that just depend on plt-scheme
