Any application can respond to however it likes to Shift+F10 - just like
CTRL+C and other similar shortcuts. The application that has focus will
respond to however it is programmed to use that shortcut - it is not a
global keybinding. If you launch an application from gnome-terminal,
give the application focus and then press Shift+F10, then the
application can do whatever it wants with that shortcut, and is not
limited by ant other application.
