[Bug 308386] [NEW] Icon Hardlinked in .desktop File

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: startupmanager

As of version 1.9.11-1 of startupmanager, the Icon line in /usr/share/applications/startupmanager.desktop reads:
Icon=/usr/share/startupmanager/startupmanager.svg

when it should read:
Icon=startupmanager

Implementing this change would enable gnome icon themes to determine the
icon for the application.
