[Bug 188306] Re: Key combination for popup doesn't work

Well, I got it to work by restarting X, a workaround that looks to be
pretty known.  Also, didn't realize syntax for should not be
Ctrl+Shift+V but <Ctrl>+<Shift>+V , had to manually remove the
%gconf.xml to get it back to default to see correct syntax.
