I didn't find anything really strange in the logs, except maybe the
"Failed shutdown of Apache Portable Runtime" INFO message in the
catalina* ones... so I suppose this was a transient shutdown error, as
we restart Tomcat5.5 very early after start to install the webapps.

The latest tomcat6 in Jaunty relies on autodeployment rather than
restart to deploy/undeploy applications, that might make the whole
process more reliable. If successful, I'll push it in Tomcat5.5 as well
and back into Debian.

I'll close this one as Invalid because there is not much that can be
done without a clear way to reproduce it. Thanks for your report, for
helping us in making Ubuntu a better platform and for your support !
