[Bug 310214] [NEW] fdow (First Day of Week) can't be changed to Monday

Binary package hint: jpilot

I'm using jpilot 1.0.6 on Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex. There is an option to
set the first day of the week in jpilot.rc (default fdow=0). When
changed to fdow=1, there is no effect when starting jpilot.

I performed the change to fdow=1 when jpilot is running as well as when
jpilot is closed.
